Wang Ling encounters bad luck every year around her birthday. As her 20th birthday approaches, nightmares come to reality one after another: she dreams of being pushed down the stairs by someone with green eyes, and her roommate Chao Xin falls down the stairs the next day; while playing poker, she repeatedly touches the Three of Hearts, and a strange figure appears on the card. She recalled that she once accidentally pulled out a "human head" while stealing vegetables from the experimental field, thus attracting evil spirits. On the night of her birthday, the evil spirit controlled her roommates to kill each other. Wang Ling used the three of hearts she had hidden as a weapon to defeat the evil spirit in the game of cards. When they woke up, their roommates were safe and sound, but inside the birthday gift box they prepared, there was still a three of hearts lying there, indicating that the danger was still there.
