About This Novel

The content of this book is mainly the immature insights and thoughts of the author who have been engaged in publishing work for more than ten years. It is divided into three parts: insights on publishing, theoretical exploration and book reviews. The Publishing Insights section explores the author's preliminary thoughts and understanding of the development of the publishing industry, talent and quality management. The Theoretical Exploration section provides a superficial analysis and discussion of the technical problems encountered in the author's editing work. The Book Review section is the author's simple insights and evaluations after reading the book.
