I don't like it very much. It's a bit baffling and has a lot of inexplicable flaws.
Without normal thinking, would a normal person stay if he was told to join this? Is it because he is the protagonist, a teacher, and has to teach as a substitute. He is still in the internship stage and has not even signed a contract. It has no effect at all. Ordinary people just leave.
