There are no big surprises, and some of the content is too simple, and the hardships endured by the male protagonist are briefly mentioned. It's too forced for the abused to fall in love with the abuser, and the final outcome is unsatisfactory and extremely forced.
There is a feeling of a man who fell in love with a kidnapper. Did the male protagonist have masochistic tendencies and fell in love with the abuser? It would be understandable if the male protagonist died. The female protagonist yearned for freedom and was as tenacious as a weed. She finally chose to commit suicide. It was a bit disappointing. The ending was quite fascinating.

Who can do this to portray the character's inner life so vividly that you can just let go if you can't get it? The heroine's experience shows how strong her heart is to persevere! Tear-jerking
The men named Shen described by the author are all power-hungry. This book is more like a patchwork: the first part, the dissolute Miss Ming Wu (Ming Wu Ye), this part is more interesting; the second part, the self-exiled young lady - is not interesting, and then the heroine cheers up to support her family, which is somewhat interesting; the third part suddenly enters the emotional battle between the hero and the heroine, feeling completely out of society, it is a chamber drama, very stylistic characteristics of this genre; the subsequent plot of the heroine losing her memory is really boring. I feel that the logic of this book is relatively rough. Shen Da originally had a very plump image, but later he was completely reduced to a tool man, only helping the heroine when needed. In contrast, the supporting characters in "The Long River of Fog" are more complete. As the abused male partner, Dai Qi is both forbearing and flamboyant, and finally reconciles and releases his emotions. He is favored by many readers and has a three-dimensional character. Lu Yuncong in this book, as an enhanced version of Dai Qi, although he also experienced misery and became the leading male character, seems to have a devil living in his heart and is entangled in emotions until death. He is not lovable and more like a patient with a mental illness. Of course, the heroine is independent in her own way, and she is even more indifferent to other people's feelings. Her aura is particularly powerful, and no boy who comes into contact with her can resist her charm, and she takes everything she wants...
It's beautiful, but the ending is too sad!
Nice. I like Mr. Ming Wu, a character who lives an unbridled, bright and brave life. What is the purpose of living in a short life of only a few decades? If people are destined to experience pain, separation and death, then what is the meaning of life?
It's so beautiful. I'm tortured. Why does it end like this?
