The writing is okay, but the thoughts and actions don't look like someone who has been reborn from society, but like a student who has been reborn in school.

I have read Chapter 22 so far, and overall I feel pretty good about it. The author describes a very simple protagonist, and indeed describes a 45-year-old middle-aged social worker with little culture or knowledge. After traveling through time, he gained an equipment slot and added a skill proficiency panel. Generally speaking, the author's writing style is of average quality, and the plot is quite interesting. It depends on whether the writing is good or not. Four stars is considered good, but it is not impossible to give it five stars. It just depends on what happens later.
