This book describes the period from 1929 to 1934, when Japan had just occupied Lindian. The Tiankui gang, a barbarian bandit in the wilderness, was manipulated by Japanese spies and became extremely brutal. They not only plundered people's money and food, but also attempted to destroy other gangs and dominate the land of Lindian. "Tanzi" headed by Lu Qingshan started a bloody game with Tiankui. There are three lines in this book: the first is the grudges between Tiankui and Zhu Tiejiang, Jinlong and the little fox fairy; the second line is the hatred between Hua Yunlong and his wife and Qinglang; the third line is the three governors (county magistrates) who adopted different ways to deal with the gangsters and got different results...
