About This Novel
Haruki Murakami personally translated "Let the Bear Back to the Mountains" just to encourage more young people to release their inner beasts! Vonnegut highly recommends it! Is youth unable to find its direction a disaster or a farce? Only two people in history have liberated Schönbrunn Zoo. One is a mental patient and the other is Graf, a college student with no plans for the future. The common denominator is that they knew exactly what they were doing at that moment. If things go well, Hickey, a young man from a second-hand motorcycle shop, will join Graf in liberating the zoo. In the spring, they pooled their money to buy motorcycles, traveled through Austria, and went wild with girls, questioning and pursuing, as long as they could stay as far away from the useless knowledge in college as possible. While passing by the zoo, Hickey saw the full humanity in the animals and decided to liberate the bears-like liberating a war. However, wild motorcycles took the two young people to different destinations and futures.

This book is the work of John Irving. Haruki Shugami likes him very much, and he is also a writer who has been nominated for the Nobel Prize many times but failed to win. This book is written in a very 🈶 style, but I think. If Owen's work is like this, it may indeed be slightly less interesting than the Nobel Prize. The book is about two young people riding bold motorcycles. Going to the zoo, they pursue freedom and unbridled freedom. Finally, the freedom of all animals in the zoo is returned; including the story of the Asian grizzly bear in the zoo. I think there are many forms of freedom, and there are many ways to pursue it. Animals also have the right to freedom. This is probably what the author wants to express most.
