Many young men and women sat together in the tide-watching pavilion, lingering around. Crowds of people gathered under an acacia tree outside the tide-watching pavilion. Seven drums and one drum were arranged in the open space in the middle. A woman in blue with a veil over her face was dancing on the drum.
