When Zhu Tianqi was ten years old, he learned from his uncle and set up a food stall at the canal pier and ran a business of roasting old tofu. There are three door panels lined up in a row, and the two-foot-long food stall is packed with people all day long. The roof supported by white cotton cloth blocks out the sun and dust, and there are four large ink characters on the lace eaves: "Zhu Ji Tofu". At one end of the food stall are two large cast iron cauldrons, which are steaming hot. On the table are nine bowls of seven reds and eight greens and eighteen plates of ingredients. I wish the tofu stall a good start! Little Tianqi walked around the food stall carrying a fire basket, handing out fires to the diners, and trotting away. If he was slow, the diners would take pictures and the uncle would scold him. Tianqi's uncle is capable and is the most accomplished person among Tianqi's father's generation.
