About This Novel

This book is the prequel story of "Assassin's Creed: Origins". It tells the story that when Ptolemy XII was in power, Raya, an ambitious junior cadre of the Order of the Ancients, accidentally discovered the Guardians from ancient documents and believed that they would become an obstacle to the development of the Order. He privately hired killers to eradicate their bloodline and claimed credit for his rise to power. The last elder of the Guardians noticed something had changed and urgently summoned the Guard Officer of Siwa and the father of Bayek to investigate the matter. Bayek was puzzled by his father's sudden death, so he embarked on a journey to find his father and continued to grow in the process.
