When people get older little by little, they may really have an infinite attachment to the world. After all, there are still too many beautiful things in this world worth looking for.
The old man does have a more transcendent feeling when talking about life. One is that all experiences and efforts will be richer as he gets older, and the other is that the old man will have a greater understanding of life before death.
Success in career does not mean success in life. After all, one's insights cannot be applied to a lifetime, and one person's insights cannot be widely applied to all people.
