It felt like the whole world was helping the hero after he resigned. I felt very uncomfortable watching that part.
After the male protagonist resigned, everyone, including two store managers, clerks, and the mall manager, were all helping him. It seemed that he had become the protagonist of the world in an instant. It was very inconsistent with reality. If you want to write a heart-warming feeling, you shouldn't be forced to do so.
