About This Novel
: If the history is not damaged, but deleted After the big break, the world was shattered into countless ruins. The survivors rely on fragments from archaeological ruins to keep alive the remnants of civilization. Lin Mo is the most humble puzzle maker in Anchor City, responsible for piecing together disconnected pieces into history. But he has a habit that makes everyone uncomfortable - he always finds the same erased blank outline on fragments of different ages and materials. Others said it was naturally damaged, but he wanted to ask: Why must it be damaged instead of deleted? As he traced the blanks all the way, wrong star maps, homologous slates, mirror knocks, and two sets of contradictory complete truths began to push him towards a more terrifying conclusion: The so-called lack of history is not the consequence of disaster, but a means of preserving civilization. The so-called Great Break is not destruction, but civilization locking itself into an eternal causal loop in order to survive. And the most terrible thing is - his figure cannot be reflected in the mirror.
