This book tells us that happiness is inherently simple. It comes from shame, worrying too much, and thinking for too long, and happiness will flow away.
It's very unromantic.

Not very romantic
A few simple words, but they seemed to tear me apart. I felt as if I had lost weight in an instant, and the obsession with love was wiped out with irresistible force.
It wasn't until the security guards dispersed the crowd that I reluctantly stood up and looked around for Ah Xing's shadow. After walking outside with the crowd for a while, Ah Xing called me and we arranged to meet in a square next to the stadium. I slowly moved to the edge of the grass in the square and looked at the anxious Ah Xing from a distance. Not wanting to worry her or affecting her work the next day, I waved to her from the edge of the grass and called her over.
