About This Novel
To be honest, I was not happy when I got the admission notice from the normal school. Before that, my high school entrance examination scores had reached the cutoff of key high schools. I wanted to go to high school and take the college entrance examination. Secondary normal schools are where primary school teachers are trained, but there is no shortage of teachers in primary schools in the city. A large number of graduates have returned to the countryside. Many young teachers in the May 7th Union where I am located are newly assigned normal graduates. Our purpose in taking the exam is to leave the countryside, study for a while and then come back again. This obviously goes against our original intention. But my parents didn't think so at the time. In their view, going to school and eating commercial food was like a carp jumping over the dragon's door. No matter where I worked, I was a city dweller. The identity of a city dweller is a flag. Such a flag cannot be seen in the city, but it is different in the countryside. Wherever it floats, it will make a whirring sound.
