President Obama's favorite book, a masterpiece by Nobel Prize winner Toni Morrison, "Newsweek's "Top 100 Best Books of All Time"", winner of the American Book Critics Circle Award, "Book of the Year" by "The New York Times" and "Washington Post". My favorite book is "Song of Solomon". It is really a beautiful, beautiful book. It not only taught me how to write, but also taught me how to live and think. --Obama. The novel begins with a profound meaning: Milkman is very lucky to be the first black baby in a white hospital, but he was born at the same time that a black man fell to his death when he wanted to borrow a pair of silk wings to fly. Just like the accident at birth, Milkman found that his entire growth process was full of contradictions and accidents: he was in a wealthy family but could not stand on his own; he was incompatible with his father, and his mother's love actually became a shackle; he only received hatred from his sister; he fell in love with his niece...
