About This Novel
On the second day of the Beginning of Winter in the twenty-four solar terms, there was still frost falling on the canal bay. The frost covered the canal bay in white, and the branches grew old overnight. But the cold only lasted for a while, and then it was driven away by the bright white sun. The frost and snow that had just condensed on the thatch disappeared in the blink of an eye. The thatch was still fluffy, still mixed with orange and earthy colors. There are also clusters of purple willows, which look fake no matter how you look at them on that frosty morning.
