In the twenty-fifth century Earth that was destroyed by war, people lived in an artificial environment provided by thirteen huge shields. Lei Gexin, an employee of the Nucleic Acid Bureau, unexpectedly learned that absorbing nucleic acid reagents can quickly acquire knowledge, and that the environment outside the shelter has actually been restored. He was thirsty for knowledge and freedom, and he did not hesitate to commit a felony and steal reagents from the nucleic acid information library. When escaping capture, he accidentally entered many parallel times and spaces and experienced various bizarre events. He gradually uncovered the mystery of time travel and found the lover who haunted him. However, this world did not tolerate Lei Gexin because he was afraid that he had too much knowledge and powerful power. He had insight into the power behind the scenes that controlled the fate of all parallel time and space. But he refused to join this force and voluntarily accepted exile and returned to the time and space where his lover was, leaving only the legend of the Time Hero on the earth.
