The monster is a wonderfully constructed diving boat - the "Nautilus". The captain of the diving boat, Nemo, invites Aronas to go on an undersea trip together. During the trip, they enjoy the endlessly changing strange landscapes and various creatures on the bottom of the sea.
The book fully demonstrates the magic and beauty of the underwater world, allowing readers to learn rich knowledge about marine life, meteorology, geography, etc. The design of the "Nautilus" submarine also provided useful inspiration to subsequent engineers when building real practical submarines.
In 1886, a large monster thought to be a narwhal was discovered at sea. The United States sent a warship to chase the "sea monster". French biologist Professor Aaron Nass was invited to participate in the chase, but unfortunately he fell on the monster's back.
