Out of the Wilderness
About This Novel
This book is based on the real experience of author Cheryl Strayed. Cheryl Strayed, an ordinary American woman. When she was 6 years old, her alcoholic and violent father disappeared from her life. At the age of 22, her close mother died suddenly due to illness. Since then, the family has not been able to start a family, her siblings have become increasingly estranged, and her marriage is on the verge of collapse. For 4 years, 7 months and 3 days, she was immersed in great grief and lost herself. Once, she accidentally saw a picture of the Pacific Crest Trail, and her heart suddenly opened, and she immediately decided to hit the trail. With no experience, she only had one thought in her mind: she hoped to at least do something to change everything. 94 Days, over 1100 miles. This is Cheryl's walking journey alone, and it is also her inner journey from pain and confusion to gradual determination. At the end of the journey, she discovered that along with the hardships and dangers along the way, those painful memories had become a thing of the past. She finally found her place among all things.

Face yourself quite honestly. Even taking drugs and being a third party are written down in the book.
amazing
It was thrilling to watch, and I imagined her situation in my mind at any time, imagining what would happen if it happened to me. It's amazing. Sometimes we are in trouble or even desperate situations, and we want to do something practical to change, but rarely can we do this and give it a go. I understand the author's desire to complete this trip alone. Sometimes, you have to change yourself to make a real change. It's useless for others to say more, but only by experiencing it yourself can you understand some truths that you didn't understand before. It's just a pity that Doug passed away and their friendship did not continue.
Went through a difficult mental journey
I like it very much, come on author, I believe in you, you will be famous for this kind of books
Very nice, come on
Great, look, look, look, look, look
A very, very good book. The writing is truly touching. The heroine reveals herself completely. Not pretentious or exaggerated. Then he endured all kinds of difficulties in the wilderness. Without escaping or shrinking, a person can unravel his own unbearable pain and trauma bit by bit in the wilderness, and slowly heal.
