The Chinese nation is a multi-ethnic community. In the long history of human development, all ethnic groups have jointly created a splendid Chinese culture. As an important part of Chinese culture, Chinese literature naturally contains multi-ethnicity. But for a long time, the multi-ethnic nature of Chinese literature has been ignored. This book aims at the lack of minority literature in the "cultural roots" phenomenon of contemporary Chinese literature. It specifically takes the "cultural roots" of ethnic minority literature as the research object, focusing on exploring its occurrence context and development trajectory. It also selects the literary writings of Tibetan new novels by Tibetan writers, the modern poetry group of the Liangshan Yi people, and The anthropological writing phenomenon of ethnic minority literature is used as a case study to explain the different paths and meanings of the "cultural roots" of ethnic minority literature, in order to highlight the importance of ethnic minority literature's "cultural roots" to the "cultural roots" of contemporary Chinese literature, and to highlight the importance of multi-ethnicity to the development of Chinese literature.
