Not pretty.
A modern social system has been constructed, but outside the city it is a dark forest mode. It doesn't matter if you are building a US federal system. How can the central government's centralized model allow so many unstable factors?
The goal is clear and the rhythm is tight. The biggest shortcoming is that it is not very enjoyable.
Why give 3 stars? The plot description is cliche. I just saw it on the shelves. If it was free for membership, I would give it 4 stars. Unfortunately, it requires coins, so I have no desire to spend coins to read it. The biggest pain point is that you can understand the subsequent plot development through the introduction.
