My Roommate Always Plays with His Shoes in the Early Hours of the Morning

When I went to the bathroom at three o'clock in the morning, I happened to see my roommate squatting at the door and placing all the shoes with the toes facing inward. I thought it was funny and deliberately placed all the toes of the shoes outwards, only to find that every pair had been turned back silently the next day. For a week, I tried shuffling, hiding, and even tying the laces together, and every time they would be neatly arranged with the toes facing inward. I started to observe secretly and found that my roommate would squat at the door every night, muttering softly to his shoes. I posted a complaint online, and the first reply made my scalp tingle. "Have you ever felt that there is something extra around you? Move away quickly! It's too late if you don't move away!"
