I read it in high school and again in college. It is still my favorite novel. The plot has ups and downs, the writing is concise, and it is highly recommended. The only regret is that the animations back then were shot too sloppily, and the special effects are touching.

Fourth grade finished reading Sou Shen Ji
I finished reading The Wilderness a year after graduating from college, and it felt like a dream.
When I saw the first volume of the serial in the first year of junior high school, I followed it until the finale of the third year of high school. Before I knew it, it was almost 18 years.
When I first saw Sou Shen Ji in the first year of junior high school, I was so shocked. I remember whether it was only 1 or 2 chapters a week. I forgot, and I had to buy a book to read it. Every once in a while, when I am in a book shortage, I always read this novel.

A rare masterpiece
After reading "Sou Shen Ji" and "The Wilderness" in succession, I still have more to say. I always felt that it was a pity that Kua Fu died, and the ending was too hasty.
