The concept is good, but the writing is rubbish.
The system should be very powerful, but it's useless if you don't see where it is! It can't even detect a single mutant, and it can even be copied. Even the most basic detection can't detect it. It's the most rubbish system I've ever seen.

Terrible writing, especially dialogue. Plot description is not good
