Catastrophe Zero
by Han Xingkai
About This Novel
When the apocalypse came, Han Mengyun's genetic virus was activated, and he found that he had become an undead creature. Not only was he immortal, he could also control the living people he had bitten. What was even more terrifying was that his genes would slowly mutate. As biochemical zombies gradually infect the world and gradually get out of control, Day Zero will eventually come. Various mutants, and even artificially modified mutants, emerge in an endless stream... The world is in danger, civilization is collapsing, and survival or destruction is no longer something you can control!

The book is very interesting
I don't know why not many people have read this book, but I think it looks very interesting. The plot is quite compact, and there are foreshadowings in the early stage. It should be more interesting in the follow-up, and the rendering of the horror atmosphere feels very good. There seems to be a little bit of fighting, basically using guns, but I personally feel that the fighting scenes are pretty good, so I don't know why not many people read it.
