Kill That Yandere Villain
by Gu Yishang
About This Novel
For Xie Tingyu, Lin Qingjiu's innocence and infatuation is the most perfect move in his revenge plan. I thought it was a foolproof plan, but I didn't expect that she would become her weakness exposed to everyone's eyes.

This open ending is quite good. The first understanding is that the heroine was kidnapped and fell into the sea and was reborn, returning to the time after she had just married the hero. A completely different story development from the previous life. But the villain took the initiative to show up, once again putting the heroine into a dilemma. After recovering her memory, she remembered the truth about falling into the sea in her previous life. She made the same decision as in her previous life, fell into the sea again, and was rescued by the male protagonist, ushering in the finale. Another understanding is that the heroine fell into the sea and was not reborn. Without her knowledge, she was rescued by the hero and fell asleep in the hospital for a long time. The heroine may have just had a sweet dream about herself and the hero falling in love. In this hypothetical situation, just at the end of the story, the heroine wakes up in the ward, and the image of the hero is obviously the same as the hero before rebirth in the first understanding, which further proves that the heroine is not reborn. I personally prefer the second understanding. The author said in his closing remarks that the male protagonist has always been more calculating than emotional towards the female protagonist. In the first understanding, the male protagonist from the female protagonist's perspective is obviously more emotional than calculating towards her. So the male protagonist is most likely a figment of the female protagonist's imagination. Including the ring at the end, it is unlikely that the male protagonist fished it out of the sea on purpose. It is more likely that it has never been taken off. Overall, this book is pretty good, and I like the way it echoes from beginning to end. The story in the middle is also okay, and it can be seen that the author is expressing some of his own thoughts. Looking forward to the author's new works.
