About This Novel
Under the new situation of thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and comprehensively deepening public security reform, the Heilongjiang Provincial Police Association held the first province-wide exhibition of outstanding police calligraphy, art, photography, and poetry works. From the 800 submitted works, after expert review, a total of 258 works were selected for first, second, and third prizes and excellence awards in calligraphy, art, photography, and poetry categories and were compiled into a book. This book is a concentrated display of the results of this exhibition. The publication of this book not only demonstrates the spirit of the police in Heilongjiang Province, but also reflects that Heilongjiang Province attaches great importance to the cultural influence of public security and strives to promote cultural education and cultural development of the police. It has positive significance for the improvement of the cultural connotation of the police and the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of the public security police.
