About This Novel
This volume is a volume on special education school principals in the "Special Olympics Oral History" series. It interviews 14 principals engaged in special education in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Jilin, Kunming and other places. Oral history interviews were conducted by college students, graduate students, and teachers from all over the country. This work began in 2017 and will be completed in early 2020. In addition to the interviews with the principals themselves, interviews were also conducted with the principals' colleagues, family members, students, parents, etc., To show the principals' special education and Special Olympics work from multiple aspects, and strive to provide a more comprehensive three-dimensional picture of the special education principals. These 14 oral history records reflect the basic process of building specialized intellectual education schools in my country since the reform and opening up and the development context of the Special Olympics movement and Special Olympics integration. They reflect the achievements of my country's special education in the past 20 to 30 years, as well as the changes in the concept of special education in all sectors of society and the improvement of social civilization.
