About This Novel
On the eve of the Normandy landings in 1943, Allied scientists secretly experimented with "space-time radar" at Mont Saint-Michel in France (the European variant of the real historical event "Philadelphia Experiment") in an attempt to predict German actions. A runaway experiment caused the fabric of space-time to tear apart, forming the first fold areas.
