About This Novel
Lin Xia frequently goes back and forth to deep alleys, not to rent memories, but to help Grandma Zhang organize the crystal balls in the cabinet. It wasn't until the little girl in school uniform clutched her change and wanted to rent "the memory of her mother sending her to school" that Lin Xia broke the rules and used a magnolia crystal ball to reveal the truth hidden in the jasmine handkerchief. As Grandma Zhang's old photo album was opened, Grandma's real purpose of opening this store came to light: all memories of love are never rentals, but a reply across time.
