About This Novel
Last year, after I rented land from villagers to grow yams and made a fortune, they followed suit. I strongly advise that the land after planting yams must be rested for two years. They refused to listen and planted yams all over their fields overnight. When the harvest comes this year, the yams dug out from the ground will be no more than the thickness of a finger. They all picked up rakes and beat them in front of my door. As soon as the compensation was settled, they turned around and set fire to my cornfield, which was about to have a good harvest. I took a look at the newly improved yam in my hand. These bad yams should not have a chance to make a fortune.
