There are only trains that shuttle between the stars, "destiny" walkers who control the energy of "imaginary numbers", and the supreme existence called "Star God". The clean space station, the noisy interstellar port, and the "mortals" who regard powerful power as an ordinary thing all impact the steely nerves of the Krieg soldiers. Facing this world that talks about "survival" and "future" instead of "sacrifice" and "atonement", this death regiment from the 41st Millennium of Darkness seems out of place, like a ghost crawling out of the grave. Can their power axes cut through the weirdness of the "Breaking World"? Can their laser gun array withstand the torrent of the "Antimatter Legion"? And when they discovered that this universe was also facing "collapse" and destruction caused by the "star core", was this unexpected exile a new, more cruel path of atonement given by the emperor, or an opportunity to completely get rid of fate and redefine the meaning of "existence"? When the fate of destruction intersects with the expedition of atonement, the beliefs of survival and sacrifice collide fiercely - under the stars, only war is eternal.
