I was attracted to this novel just after reading the first few chapters, but after "Interpreting the Human-Headed Turtle", I don't know whether the author's own writing style cannot control the multi-person dialogue conflicts, the emotional development of the characters in the conflicts, and the progress of the novel, or whether the novel was deleted and the emotions of the characters and the progress of the novel did not match, making the rest of the story unclear. However, the weird atmosphere was well established in the first few chapters of the novel, but unfortunately it fell apart later on. So I gave it three points because the first few chapters of the novel were good, but I didn't give it five points because of the reasons I mentioned above. This novel would still be very good to be revised. For example, the cover is very poor and should be revised at least to include the story. At the beginning of the novel, the protagonist can be expanded before he falls into the ice, and the harsh environment on the ice sheet, the protagonist's character in this harsh environment, and the characters of his comrades, as well as dialogue and emotional exchanges can be written. It is helpful to establish the overall image of the character so that readers can like and recognize the character. If the subsequent storyline has a lot of character dialogue and it is really difficult to write, it is better to give up this method and instead add some basic dialogue about the various actions and choices of the characters in this environment and the protagonist's inner thoughts in this situation. If some storylines were deleted from the novel, I wonder if the author can fill them in. It would also be great if the novel could be filled in.
