Soviet Flying Tigers: Records of the Soviet Air Force Volunteer Team's Aid to China in the Anti-japanese War
by Shu Deqi
About This Novel
From 1937 to 1941, the Soviet Union sent a total of 3,665 people to participate in China's Anti-Japanese War, including more than 2,000 pilots from the Air Force Volunteer Corps. Volunteer teams appeared on almost all frontal battlefields and shot down 986 Japanese aircraft and more than 100 battleships, including an aircraft carrier and a cruiser. I would like to write this book to commemorate the historical contributions made by the Chinese nation and the Soviet Air Force Volunteer Corps in winning the anti-aggression war!

Highly recommended
Indeed, when I read this period of history, I was shocked by the great spirit of the selfless Soviet heroes of that era. They left their motherland, their relatives, and remained anonymous to help the weak China resist the invaders. They sacrificed their lives but were disciplined. We cannot forget them, these most lovely people.
