"The Age of Stars" is a literary memoir by the Russian writer I. I. Banaev. Banaev was born in the early 19th century and was active in the Russian literary world from the 1830s to the 1960s. This period was the period when Russia It was a star-studded "golden age" in the history of Sri Lankan literature. During this period, literary masters such as Pushkin, Lermontov, Herzen, Nekrasov, Turgenev, Gogol, and Dostoevsky all became famous or emerged in the literary world. Advanced intellectuals such as Belinsky, Dobrolyubov, and Chernyshevsky also established revolutionary democratic views and advocated critical realist literature during this period. Panaev was at the center of the literary circle of this period and had close relationships with them and was very familiar with them. By recalling his interactions with these writers and intellectuals, he restored to us the daily life of the literary world in that star-studded golden age, and also recorded the unknown life and creative details of these literary masters.
