In the 16th year of Yongle's reign, he died of illness in Qingshou Temple, and he was awarded posthumously to the civil servants who promoted the sincerity and aided the country and assisted in Xuanli. Composition at the fourth grade level of primary school

A bit exaggerated
The whole book tries its best to exaggerate Dao Yan's talents and achievements, constantly putting gold in his face, saying that he is just like Zhuge Liang in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms with great magical powers and miraculous calculations.
