About This Novel
Yu Dafu was one of the most important novelists second only to Lu Xun in modern Chinese literature in the 1920s. Yu Dafu claims that he has three spiritual elements in himself: fascination with nature, longing for the emptiness, and the feeling of traveling far away. Reflected in his works, Yu Dafu is characterized by being good at writing landscapes and returning to nature. This book selects most of Yu Dafu's works, which can basically reflect the author's thoughts, talents and artistic orientation.
