About This Novel

After Lotta packed everything, she took some time to put her luggage back in the room. She opened the closet and it was full of clothes and pants that had been randomly rubbed in. Each piece looked like old sauerkraut taken out of the pickle jar. She made a cabinet and threw the old clothes with tags into the trash can. Then she folded the clothes in the suitcase neatly and put them in the cabinet. Before she had time to clear away the various leftover potato chip bags on the coffee table in the living room, the phone rang when it wouldn't. The action of opening the flip phone was her favorite gesture, and the number showed that there was a stranger on the other end of the phone. "Hello!" It was a boy's voice, excitement mixed with uneasiness. He had obviously been thinking about something he had practiced hundreds of times before, but he didn't dare to say it out, just waiting for the other person's reaction.
