About This Novel
There is a kind of amethyst in the world, through which a few people can see the future, especially when they are in danger. These people with special abilities are called "star chanters". Detective Shido Yukio shot and killed a suspect and was sentenced to self-imposed confinement. He returned to his hometown and entered the mountain village. A boy who claimed to be a member of the "Star Chant Club" came to him, hoping that he would help find the real culprit who killed the "Great Star Chant Master" Stone God Akashi, and rescue the wronged Zhenweina; and the entire process of Zhenweina's murder was recorded in the amethyst.
