The murderer was identified through psychic vision, but due to insufficient evidence, she knew who the murderer was, but could not convict him. Jade was very distressed, and she could actually have a premonition of her own death.
Jade has a premonition that it may be a cursed bloodline. She could feel that the inevitable death was approaching. She wanted to do more things as a medium and leave her own footprints.
Japanese detective novels have never disappointed people. They use psychics to investigate cases. Hisui Shirozuka is a psychic girl who can summon the souls of the dead and solve crimes quickly. It is a little bit fantasy.
