Because he almost killed the woman he once loved deeply, his main consciousness was stimulated and awakened. In the end, under the control of his main consciousness, he chose his own path. --If my existence will hurt others, even the woman I love most, then I would rather die myself. I am no longer me, so let me disappear with 'me'. There is more to living than just breathing.
