This "drama" took place in 1970 and started when Taiwan's "Intelligence Bureau" received a letter. March 10, 1970, an ordinary Tuesday. After 9:30 in the morning, Yang Yuyan, a lieutenant in the Confidential Section of the "Intelligence Bureau", drank a cup of tea, read the morning newspaper of the day, chatted with colleagues for a while, and then lazily started to work. The job of this 28-year-old female clerk is very simple: open and read letters, classify and register them, and then put forward simple suggestions with only a few numbers. The General Confidential Section of the "Intelligence Bureau" is actually equivalent to the petition department of an ordinary agency. Generally speaking, there is no "secret" at all. Confidential correspondence is handled by the Special Confidential Section, and the General Confidential Section has no involvement at all.
