"Anti-Suicide Club" is the fifth book in the "Ikebukuro West Exit Park" series. Each book contains four short stories, each describing a crime incident and showing one aspect of the life of teenagers in modern cities, connected through the protagonist Makoto Majima and his friends. Through the Ichitsubaki murder incident, the protagonist Makoto Majima becomes a golden field in Nishiguchi Park, playing the role of everyone's reasoning mentor and peace messenger. His ideal character and psychological attachment to the Ikebukuro area, coupled with his innate wisdom, help everyone solve many problems and regain the beauty and justice of Nishiguchi Park where they live together.
