This is a full-length suspense mystery novel by Tetsuya Tomoda and the third book in the "Reiko Himekawa" series. This book tells the story of Kino Issei, who was once an undercover agent of the Nidada group of the underworld, but was betrayed and exposed his identity. He was desperate and his old-fashioned character became distorted. So he changed his appearance and violently attacked the underworld in a way that he thought was just but actually committed crimes, and was eventually arrested.
