About This Novel
Miss Arundel, an old and wealthy woman, falls down the stairs. Everyone blamed the accident on the ball left by the dog Bob at the top of the stairs, but the more Miss Arundel thought about it, the more she felt something was wrong. She believed that this was not an accident, but a blood relative trying to murder her. Miss Arundel wrote down her suspicions and sent them to Poirot.
