Shooting case, natural gas case, disappearance case... Each case is exciting. Hou Dali is a veteran in solving crimes. He has rich experience and ability to handle cases. This is my favorite plot.
Can't catch up anymore
The old cases are unsolved and new pitfalls are added. The endlessness is too procrastinating. The protagonist's aura is too serious. There were several cases in one book before. Now, except for the last chapter, the whole book is just one case. The first few books were okay. Now it feels more and more like it is dragging on. I really can't follow it. A good story keeps adding water to it (will one more book cost more...), And the classics have become boring. I will read it when it is finished. Alas
Hou Dali took over the task at the critical moment and solved one case after another with his super professional skills and knowledge. I really like to read stories about detectives solving crimes, starting with Sherlock Holmes.
