This sculpture looks like a Transformer over three meters tall, wearing Japanese samurai armor. April was delighted with the shape and craftsmanship of the sculpture, so she and her friend Andy made a video, calling it "Carl" and Andy uploaded it to YouTube. When she woke up the next day, the video had gone viral, and April was caught in the center of global media attention. In order to seize the opportunity to become famous, April has to deal with the impact of her new fame on her relationship, safety and even identity. Everyone was staring at April, and many dangers followed. With Carl's rescue, April escaped death twice, but in the end she still failed to escape the wheel of fate. The author allows her to face the final and complete death but leaves the readers with the suspense of rebirth.
