About This Novel
It was almost six o'clock when Natsuo Heda arrived at the scene of the incident, and it was already mostly dark. He was accompanied by his colleague Taisuke Noguchi, a police officer from the Investigation Division. The deceased was a single male Ichiro Inoue who lived on the fourth floor of this luxury apartment. His neighbor found the door of Inoue's house open when he went out for a morning run. After shouting several times without getting a response from the door, he entered the house to check. That's when he discovered Inoue's body and quickly called the police. Before Xia Xu woke up, she squinted her eyes because of the sleepiness. She had already completed the fingerprint collection work at the scene. She took a short rest and listened to Taifu and the team leader who had just arrived to introduce the situation.
