About This Novel
Six years ago, Zhao Pengcheng, a policeman from the police station, encountered a suspect armed with a gun while on duty. When he fired, the gun "misfired". At the critical moment, his master Wu Lei stood in front of him and killed the criminal. He was also shot and disabled. This put Zhao Pengcheng under heavy mental pressure at home and work. Six years later, a "fire" accident occurred in the duty room of Pinghai Office. When the police officer involved, Liu Changlu decided to conceal it, considering the future of others, but Zhao Pengcheng, who had witnessed "Fire", was deeply involved in the choice between love and reason. The "fire" incident was reported, causing interpersonal disputes in Pinghai Institute. While handling the case, Zhao Pengcheng and Liu Changlu were attacked by the police. When Liu Changlu fired a warning shot, a bullet accidentally injured a passerby, causing an accidental "fire", and the defendant was brought to court. The case triggered legal thinking on the police's use of guns. Lawyers Chi Yu and Zhao Pengcheng found key evidence to clear Liu Changlu's charges. Zhao Pengcheng admitted to Liu Changlu that he reported the "fire incident", but was misunderstood by everyone...

not bad
I particularly like the TV series adapted from this book. It is very good. The starring roles are Zhao Pengcheng, Tan Yang, Wu Wei, that is, Yu Yi, Gao Minrui and Zhou Fang. I have watched Yu Yi act in many dramas and his acting skills are very good. I recommend everyone to watch the TV series version. Not much to say about this book, overall it's great Awesome
It's very different from the TV series, but I still like the TV series
It's a very good TV series. Yu Yi is so handsome.
Good review#
I came here after watching the TV series of the same name. The adaptation is very good and the actors' acting skills are also very interesting. The acting skills of Zhao Pengcheng and Sun Ran are really exciting. I highly recommend it.
For those who like TV series, Yu Yi is so handsome!
It's okay... But I prefer TV series
Hey guys, what's the name of the TV series?
There is a big difference between the book and the TV series
When I saw the scene when Lao Zhao died at the station, I had tears in my eyes... Looking around the book, there are no gorgeous words, but it uses language close to life to explain to people every bit of the railway police officers. A small railway police station is a condensation of the entire big society! Great book! Recommend!
